Settledy began with an afternoon in a meditation garden above the Pacific. Ten quiet minutes came easily there. Sitting down was the whole of it.
At home, the same ten minutes came with steps: pick up a phone, open an app, choose something to play.
The garden had no steps before it.
We wanted starting at home to feel that simple.
